Dunn Right Corn on the cob

This grilled corn on the cob with Dunn Right BBQ Glaze recipe turns up the flavour with Dunn Right Sauce, a backyard favourite with a bold, healthy twist.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears of fresh corn, husks removed
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 3 tbsp Dunn Right BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (room temp)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely grated or minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
  • Salt to taste
  • Cracked pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high. Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Prep the Corn:
    Brush the corn with olive oil or melted butter and sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.
  3. Grill It Up: Place the corn directly on the grill. Rotate every 2–3 minutes for even charring. Grill for 12–15 minutes or until kernels are tender and slightly charred.
  4. Make the BBQ Butter Glaze: In a small bowl, mix softened butter, Dunn Right BBQ Sauce, garlic, and lime juice. Stir until smooth.
  5. Glaze & Finish: Remove corn from the grill and brush generously with the Dunn Right BBQ butter mixture while hot.
  6. Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle with chopped herbs and a final crack of pepper. Serve hot with extra lime wedges and BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
